Do you accept new clients?
Yes. New guests are always welcome. For color services, we recommend completing a consultation or new guest color intake form prior to your appointment to ensure the best possible results.
Do I need a consultation before booking online?
For most standard color services, a consultation can be done at the start of your appointment. Major transformations, corrective color, and extensions require a consultation in advance.
Is there parking?
Yes. There is free parking available in both the front and back parking lots of the salon.
Are your prices fixed?
Prices listed reflect starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, time required, and product usage. Any adjustments will be discussed during your consultation.
How should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed. For color services, avoid heavy oils or styling products prior to your visit.
What if I'm not sure what service to book?
If you're unsure, choose the closest option and note your questions when booking. We'll guide you during your consultation and adjust as needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Services are non-refundable. If something doesn't feel right, please reach out within 7 days so adjustments can be discussed. Your satisfaction and hair health matter deeply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 40 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Is your studio suitable for all hair types?
Yes. Root & Reverie welcomes all hair types and textures. Services are customized to meet your individual needs.
Is the studio quiet or social?
The studio is designed to be calm and comfortable. Conversation is always welcome, but quiet moments are respected.
