Root & Reverie Hair Studio is an intentionally calm, unhurried space. These guidelines help protect that experience for everyone.
Appointment Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule if the full service can no longer be completed without rushing.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as time is reserved specifically for you.
CHILDREN & GUESTS
To maintain a quiet and focused environment, we ask that guests and children not accompany you unless they are receiving a service. If accommodations are needed, please reach out in advance.
SERVICE EXPECTATIONS
Results vary based on hair history, condition, and long-term goals. Major transformations may require multiple sessions. We will always communicate openly about what is realistic and healthy for your hair.
RESPECT FOR THE SPACE
Root & Reverie is a space of care and mutual respect. Inappropriate language, behavior, or disregard for boundaries may result in refusal of service.
HEALTH & SAFETY
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. This protects both you and the studio.
QUIET COMFORT
Conversation is always welcome, but silence is equally honored. Feel free to rest, read, or simply be during your appointment.
