Services
All salon services are final sale. Due to the time, customization, and professional nature of the services, we do not offer refunds on completed services.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can evaluate and, if appropriate, schedule an adjustment.
Retail Products
We accept returns on unused and unopened retail products within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible:
•Product must be unopened
•PRODUCT MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION
•RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE REQUIRED
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
•OPENED HAIRCARE PRODUCTS
•CANDLES THAT HAVE BEEN BURNED
•CUSTOM OR HANDMADE ITEMS
•CLEARANCE ITEMS
APPROVED RETURNS MAY BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT OR ISSUED AS SALON CREDIT.
